Lifehouse/Black Box ... or Toppled Monolith?

It's designed to record our actions

On a granite-strewn plain, surrounded by gnarled mountains, sits a giant steel box.
Incongruous in the landscape, much like Kubrick's black monolith of 2001: A Space Odyssey fame, its alien presence suggests it was put there with intent.
And if those that discover it can decipher the messages it contains, they could get a glimpse of what caused the fall of the civilisation that was there before.
This is Earth's Black Box.

I couldn't help thinking of my old posts about Andras Jones and his WHO's 'Lifehouse' sync video/videos when I saw in the

ABC news a story about a man-made monolith laying in a rock strewn field in Australia's Tasmania.

I remember embedding a heap of Andras' You Tube's into my first post, but sadly You Tube pulled them down from their platform for one reason or another ... as has become usual, but Andras seems to have gotten around that on his You Tube channel (for now anyway) by hiding 10 of the You Tubes that were pulled off You Tube's general viewing platform.
