Chicken Feed?

You must be yolking?-)
My blogging friend Mike Perry had this story on his blog last night last night -
Double Yolkers Egg Coincidence
Katie Haylock from East London with her
dozen eggs from Tesco Supermarket
about a lady who bought 12 eggs from Tesco and found out that
they were all double yolkers.
Although, the lady in the video trumped the dozen eggs easy.
What worries me is that maybe hatcheries are using drugs similar to the drugs doctors use for in-vitro fertilization procedures.
After all Tesco can't eggsactly be trusted with our food can they?
We have become so slack with food regulating that the crooks could be selling us anything these days, so it kind of serves ourselves right, in a way.
It's becoming such a gamble as to what's now on the supermarket shelves, and whether it is good for your health;-)
Well, I'll end my little food beef here, because I'm starting to feel a little horse in the throat ... that will teach me to eat and type at the same time.

  1. Wasn't Ikea just called out for horse meat in some product they produce?

    How right you are!

After the horse meat problems in the UK the sales of so called 'ready meals' have dropped significantly - but probably only for a few weeks. Then it'll be back to feeding us whatever they want.
