Did my American friends jinx my football team on July 17th, 2021 by putting up a story about a guy named Rick who was once bitten by a shark off the Australian coast of Queensland?

While Ricky Stuart's team the Canberra Raiders tore the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks apart in the dying minutes of last night's match on the Queensland Gold Coast?

Ironically Ricky Stuart was born the same year that The Sharks entered the national rugby league competition - 1967:-)

And while Ricky was once the Sharks coach and had a win % of 42, he still couldn't find the answer to winning the Sharks a premiership:-)

I just hope the Sharks can forget about last night's loss to Rick and his boys on the Coast:-)
