Soaring Words, Synchronicity and Book Angels?

I was listening to the above 'Connecting with Coincidence' podcast featuring Lisa Honig Buksbaum from Soaring Words on my iPad this morning on Apple Podcasts and was surprised when the 

"book angel" was mentioned and Dr. Beitman said at around the 22 minute mark of the podcast that he thought Arthur Koestler coined the term.

Funnily enough, the 'Connecting with Coincidence' podcast episode dropped onto my iPad right after the latest 'Speaking of Jung' podcast and then the latest 'The Book Club' podcast episode dropped right after Dr. Beitman's podcast episode and was about

Arthur Koestler's book 'Darkness at Noon':-)
