Jacob’s Ladder and the Symbolism of the Seven Pointed Stars on the Australian Flag?

I couldn’t help noticing the seven-pointed star symbolism on a lot of Masonic tracing boards after I watched the From the Quarries You Tube on Jacob’s Ladder (above) and wondered if the seven-pointed stars on our Australian flag and the Commonwealth Star weren’t a representation of the star at the top of Jacob’s Ladder as depicted on Masonic tracing boards?
