Origin of the Gods?

I guess we all like a good ... or bad ... story to contemplate about the origins of this strange universe we all live in, and now here is another one for gatherings around the campfire ... or the BBQ pit as we look up into the night sky.

I first heard Greg Little talk about his latest book on The Mysterious Universe podcast a few weeks back, and then had a listen to Greg talk to Dr. Pat on her show about his book and theories.

I like hearing humans telling each other origin stories to try and make sense of why they are here now and just how they got to this point in time, from priests and their Biblical myths, to ex-priests and their enlightened beliefs, to scientists with their theories and evolution myths -
