What a pop-cultural laugh, now Americans know how we Aussies and Brits feel when our kids pick up American words and habits from American TV and movies, I say:-)

The Peppa Pig effect has
caused a storm on social media? 

I only stumbled across "The Peppa Pig Effect" when I was trying to find out where the creators of Peppa Pig got the idea for the character from, thinking it was probably from Lewis Carroll's Alice book maybe?-)

Especially when I heard the 'Pig and Pepper' chapter being read to me in an American accent:-)

I see that Johnny Depp turns 60 in 2023, the Year of the Water Rabbit, which means that he was born in 1963, the Year of the Water Rabbit ... or Cat ... depending on where you live:-)

And I thought it may have been 'The Mandela Effect' when I saw the Peppa Pig gang wearing bike helmets, but "Peppa and her family did not wear seat belts in cars in the first two series. 

After receiving several complaints, Astley Baker Davies announced that all future animation would include characters wearing seat belts, and that the relevant scenes in the first two series would be re-animated to include them. Similar changes were also made to add cycle helmets to early episodes with characters riding bicycles."
