ReplyDeleteWhen I saw all of the cheering almost celebratory smiling faces of Boston locals on the TV news after the capture of the suspects it didn't feel right to me. I felt upset - people have died, hundreds have been maimed, lives have been changed in an awful way. Surely not a time to celebrate.
I also didn't like the Thatcher 'celebrations' that she was dead.
There is too much hate in the world at the moment.
You're right Mike,and there is a lot of strange syncs falling into place in this mad world.

"It's a Mad,Mad,Mad World".

"Dead End Drive-in" seems to be a good analogy of the way things are at the moment.
The hunt for oil and $s is what's driving the planet into the ground.
We had better find some alternative to this madness pretty fast...faster than we can press the red button at a Sonic Drive-in food diner,I think.-)
