Dark Mofo festival curator Leigh Carmichael has admitted he has been "rattled" by the response?
I have to admit that as much as I enjoyed my time at Dark Mofo in 2016 some of the big ideas the organizers have had since then have been mind bogglingly brainless, especially this latest one to soak a British flag in donated Aboriginal blood.
No Dark Bloody Mofo for Me This Year
I makes me wonder what art projects Dumb mofo have planned for 2022?

I like my artists and promoters smart when it comes to art, but you guys are just showing what dumb f#cks you really are year after brainless year.

    That stunt with the shoes reminds me of the "artist" who used to can his own shit and sell the tins higher than the price of gold for the weight of the can.
