Joe Turkel’s (AKA Lloyd From ‘The Shining’) Death is Announced in “Dry July”?

I saw this newspaper notice in a July edition announcing the passing of Joe Turkel, who played Lloyd the bartender in Stanley Kubrick’s movie version of Stephen King’s ‘The Shining’.

Oddly enough, Joe’s birthday was in July, just like Kubrick’s and Carl Jung’s were.

In fact Kubrick’s and Jung’s are both on July 26th, and Jung is credited often for helping Bill Wilson start Alcoholics Anonymous, which is kind of synchromystic with it being “Dry July”:-)

Joe’s last acting credit for a movie at his IMDB page was the 1990 space movie ‘The Dark Side of the Moon’ which takes place in 2022, the year Joe would pass away in -
