I went to rent the PBS documentary 'Edgar Allan Poe: Buried Alive' and found that for $1 extra I could own it ... as far as "owning" anything on an iCloud device goes.
I had been looking for good viewing material about Edgar Allan Poe and his work to watch and was dismayed by how little quality viewing material was available about Poe or his stories.
Most of the stuff I have watched is pretty ordinary entertainment.
Surely someone can make a good movie about Poe ... or at least something worth watching from his stories.
Poe was in the Grip of Dickens' Raven?
And I was surprised to see Chris Sarandon appearing as himself and doing readings of Poe's work in this PBS doco.
And yet no mention of Chris' appearance is made of him starring in this doco on his Wikipedia or IMDB page for some reason.

I found it interesting timing that after I had watched this Poe doco starring Chris, his ex-wife Susan hits the news headlines -
Susan married Chris Sarandon in 1967 when she was just 20 years old. They divorced in 1979 but she decided to retain the surname Sarandon as her stage name.

It's amazing to see that no man or woman is an island when it comes to pop-culture, even Poe & Co.
