Cicadas in the Backyard?🏡

I wrote a post featuring a recent photo of a "beetle" shell on my back fence, then yesterday I go out and find another shell under the first one and took a few photos of them both.
Turns out they are cicada shells when I compared them to other photos on the internet.
It's the first time that I have ever found cicada shells in my yard, wherever I have lived before.
