I found the recent 'Troubled Minds' episode 'From Rituals to Rockets' an intersecting discussion, not that I agree with some of the stuff said, but I am no fan of Parsons' and Crowley's weird sex magic beliefs.

To me they were just two wankers who thought more with their dicks than their heads.

But still, they were influential figures in a sea of influential figures of that time and in some ways still are today when it comes to other wankers out there who actually think that "sex magic" really works.
