We Live? Selfies?

Jordan Peele’s much-anticipated horror film, Us, explores how we are our own worst enemies, with a family stalked by monsters who are just like them
This movie looks interesting and kind of goes with my last post -
How We Need to Remake the Internet?
But maybe that's just me?
Or is it Us?-)
Evan Alex in Us (2019)
Is that a golf club or selfie stick in her hands?-)
Film noir?
This film looks like one that I'll have to see by myself:-)

  1. Dear Darren, happ new year to you! I have enjoyed reading your posts ever so much this past year and your kind soul shines out of them all. Thank you for your work. I am connected to the internet by prepaid 4g phone service so don't try the vids haha but I get your drift. Love Delorus

  2. I love your stories of your trips to concerts and bookstores because I like the idea of going all about but not actually going all about.

  3. Have you read Jerusalem by Allen Moore? So rich and engaging- I am in a chapter right now written in the style of finnegans wake and it's hard!

  4. Thanks Delorus and a happy new year to you to.
I haven't read Jerusalem yet, although I certainly will at some point, God willing, as they say, but you should see my "to read" pile right now, it's daunting to say the least.
And those You Tube videos never seem to last long with YouTube either pulling an account for breaches of copyright or people just closing an account themselves.
I sometimes wonder why I bother putting You Tubes into my posts anymore, as You Tube has really gone downhill in the last few years.
Hopefully most posts don't suffer much for their loss when the videos go blank.
