Notes on a Nervous Planet?

A quote from the start of 'Notes on a Nervous Planet'
Having just about finished Matt Haig's book
'Notes on a Nervous Planet' I can easily see why it is sitting on top of some best seller lists.
I highly recommend both of these books pictured above of Matt's and I noticed on the Goodreads website Matt's
'Notes on a Nervous Planet' has a rating of 4.24.
424 being the old cab number of my late father's taxi -
Things Go Better with cOKe?
Great books I feel.
And while I'm OK right now, RUOK?

  1. One bit of advice on staying sane and happy: stop suggesting that you could possibly be a human being and somehow stop being human and still live. Because it can't happen, anyway. And it usually makes people pretty anxious when you tell them that they might stop being human while alive.

If people just stop creating myths that are (a) clearly false and (b) mess with people's minds... well, maybe humanity will have stopped being humanity. But in a good way.

  2. I'm a bit confused as to who you are directing your comment at there Luna, if at anyone at all.
I take it that it is not at me or at Matt's books.
As for getting humanity to "stop making myths that are (a) clearly false and (b) mess with people's minds", well good luck with that one, as that is what humans do best it seems.
