Dogs Seem to be Reining More Than Cats at the Moment ... at Least in the Newspapers

Dogs are getting as much ... if not more ... 
press as Paris did in the month of November 

Me being more of a cat person, than a dog person, I don't know if it's just my cat loving imagination or not, but dogs seem to be hogging the limelight in the local papers at the moment.

You would think the 'Year of the Dog' arrived a few months early if you have been reading the Queensland newspapers in November.

The only cat story I can recall seeing in the papers so far this November is the story about the New Zealand leader's cat dying:-(

The RSPCA at their website seem to even be implying that

the meaning of life is to serve dogs;-)
I think I'll be glad when the 'Year of the Dog' is over, even though it hasn't even begun yet.
