The 'Rape and Pillage Tour' and Just What Message Are We Sending Ourselves?

I was watching a documentary on Amazon Prime called 'Absolute Magick Exposed' (a very click bait-ey title I must say) when I read the above news story about a group of bonehead football players heading off on holiday to apparently do some "raping and pillaging" (of their own hands maybe?-).
And I thought those t-shirts pretty much sum up what us humans are doing to Mother Earth anyway.

Actually, for one of Philip Gardiner's click bait movies this one is pretty good, and I would agree with most of what Phil says in this one.
Who's in the "Illuminati"? Everybody But You Apparently, But We Know That You're in it, Too?-)

There was a section of this magick movie of Phil's that I thought lined up pretty well with the t-shirts in that news story, where Phil says,"Today, we disrespect nature and rape her without thanks and without thought. What message are we sending ourselves?"

At the same time though, I couldn't help thinking of Chris Knowles dark siren archetype posts from his 'The Secret Sun' blog swimming around in other news stories today like these ones below.

I guess the sirens are sounding in more ways than one on Mother Earth and there might just be some subconscious message swimming under the surface for us all in these times of "raping and pillaging" of our planet and this mortal coil?
