Personally, I'm a fatalist when it comes to astrology ... or any kind of fortune telling.
In my book the future is fixed, but you don't know what your future is, so it all looks like chance or chaos when you get on the ride.
MeMe Analysis?ððĐðĪĢI have friends who are into astrology and synchronicity and who believe that you can control your destiny by reading the stars, cards, tea leaves, chicken gizzards, palms ... you name it.
Well ... SPOILER ALERT ... if you can change your fate, then you weren't right in the first place with your fortune telling method of choice.
You either get it right or you are wrong, I think.
And who wants to know how the ride is going to turn out before you get on it?
Not that you don't already have a fair idea subconsciously how it's going to go in theory anyway, right?-)
It's a great little industry for authors, podcasters and astrologers, though;-)
It makes me laugh how people say they don't believe in "GOD" but put all their faith in a deck of cards or a star chart to find out what's around the corner of the ride that they are on and believe that they can change the ride once they are on it through some form of fore-knowledge.
Well, we all know how that's going to end, don't we/they?-)
[Vedic] Astrology ... or Just Lost in Space?
Whatever floats your boat I say, but I'll take my chances without consulting the stars or tea leaves, cards, chicken livers or coins.
Remembering DNA (Douglas Noel Adams) ... ?
But it's fun to see who gets it right or horribly wrong with their predictions of the set future, I reckon;-)
