PiDes of March?

Beware the pie/ides of March?!
I strongly condemn the horrific shootings that took place in
New Zealand on Friday, but Jake Kotze brings up an interesting synchromystic fact, that the murderer mentioned subscribing to the You Tuber PewDiePie just before the rampage that took place in Christchurch on Friday, which was the
Ides of March (/aɪdz/; Latin: Idus Martiae, Late Latin: Idus Martii) a day on the Roman calendar that corresponds to the 15th of March.
But on the other side of the world it still would have been Pi Day (3/14 ... March 14th).
Pi Day in the Year of the PiG?
All just one big dark/dork/pork coincidence?
I noticed on the movie poster for 'The Ides of March' that it was released in the FALL.
In New Zealand (and the southern hemisphere) March is in autumn (or fall as Americans call it).
Life seems to be one black mirror reflecting back at us at the moment in this world we live in.
And I still can't believe such a sick bastard would come from such a beautiful town full of wonderful people like Grafton (pictured in one of my favourite You Tube music clips above).
That song was actually written about the town of Grafton and its 'Flame Trees', as one of the members of the band is from there.

  3. In a personal ironic twist to the weekend and pies Marie, I happen to be a Brisbane Lions supporter when it comes to the AFL and our women team got knocked out from reaching the finals for the first time since the women comp started.
And the team that ended those hopes were the Collingwood Magpies ... or in Australian Rules footballing circles a club known as ... The Pies.
