A Short History of (Nearly) Everything Paranormal: Our Secret Powers Telepathy, Clairvoyance & Precognition?

Skeptiko-496-Terje-Simonsen
I still haven't read a copy of Terje's book yet since writing a post about hearing Terje talk about it on another podcast back in 2018 -
Our Secret Powers - Telepathy, Clairvoyance and Precognition?
But I really think it would be a good idea to write a book about all the events that happened in Terje's life (that he can recall that is:-) while he was writing that first book.
Then people like me would feel that they had to buy that first book to get what the second book was all about.
In other words the second book would act as a metaphorical sling to propel the sales of the first book.
I also like how Terje mentioned his father's study of the communication between crows, not that anyone has to tell me about that subject.
And  a book on angels sounds interesting to me, as well.
Now I'm just waiting for my "book angel" make me cross paths with a hard copy of Terje's book ... and then I'll read it for sure.
And on the subject of books, I've been re-reading Gordon White's 2016 book 'The Chaos Protocols' to see how it stands up in 2021, and as Alex was talking to Terje about chess I had just read about the guy who supposedly invented the game losing his head to the emperor in the Game of Life:-)
Alex also talks about playing chess against his computer, which I found amusing, since that page from Gordon's book is in the sub-chapter titled 'Following the Robot Herds' and is part of the first chapter of Gordon's book titled 'Recognizing the Bars':-)
I also noticed that Alex has a picture of Jung's imaginary friend hanging on the wall behind him.
Unless it's just a drawing of an aging Mick Fleetwood:-)

  1. I totally forgot about Simonsen, thanks for that; thus downloaded that book just then.

Have you touched upon Joseph Mcmoneagle’s work on Remote Viewing; psychic spies? Just finished reading his Stargate Chronicles but it feels incomplete, need to find the equivalent in Russia and China if you know of any.
