I personally liked how Rupert mentioned in the CCBB podcast how he received the above book in the mail and saw Bernie's name on the back endorsing the book the day before Rupert was about be on Bernie's show:-)
The Many Faces of COINcidence?
Synchromysticism, Mega-Synchronicity, Chance and COINcidence?
The Nolan Sisters (the You Tubes above) were the band Rupert was referring to when he conducted the telephone experiments on British TV.
I remember hearing this band on the radio when I was growing up in Australia, but I've not heard much about them since, so it was a bit of a sad coincidence to find out about the passing of the lead singer named Bernie straight after hearing about them on the Bernie Beitman podcast and then looking them up on Wikipedida.
And Bernie passed away on American Independence Day, too.
I went looking for a version of Bruce Springsteen's song 'Independence Day' and found the one above, posted on September 13th, 2019, which is the third-year anniversary of my father's passing.
I also found a clip of the Nolan sisters talking about the third-year anniversary of the passing of their sister Bernie.
'Independence Day' was released as the B-side on the single release of 'The Riverin several countries.
I share September 23rd as a birthday with Bruce too, by the way.
Watching the above doco about 'The Nolan Sisters' I couldn't help but smirk when they mention that their big break came in Blackpool getting a gig on Christmas Day at a posh joint called Cliff's and then their TV break came by getting a spot on 'The Cliff Richard' show.
The doco even starts off with the girls singing about a hero:-)
Cliff?-)
Life is just full of "coincidence" isn't it?-)
