'One Night Stand' was released in 1984 and has some of the worst acting you will ever see in a "main stream" movie.
The main reason I watched it was because in 1984 I was 20 years old and I can remember growing up with the threat of nuclear war and total destruction of the planet hanging over our heads, seemingly from day to day, according to the media experts.
Things really haven't changed all that much for 20 year-olds growing up in 2020, have they?
Now it's a double banger with "climate change" and nuclear war threatening to destroy the planet.

I had been on a Richard Bach reading binge before watching this movie, and I had also just watched a DVD of
'Jonathan Livingston Seagull'.
How Prophetic Was Jonathan Livingston Seagull?
What I liked about 'One Night Stand' was the synchromystic eeriness of watching this movie in 2019 knowing what I now know about the events that would transpire from 1984 onward.
But I didn't know just how bad the bush-fires would turnout to be a month on from watching that movie.
