Day 5: OUT OF ORDER?

I fished my copy of 'This Book Will Change Your Life' out of my recycling bin (hey, what's a recycling bin for anyway?-) and decided to check out the Day 5 exercise, which was a mass social experiment, where you cut out the 'OUT OF ORDER' sign and stick it on any item of public infrastructure you might encounter today.
And as syychromysticism would have it I found a building down in Canberra to place my sign on, which is currently under skies which match the book cover's colour.
