I started watching the Netflix series 'Riverdale' a few weeks ago after the passing of Luke Perry just to try and work out why this show was so popular in the world of pop-culture at the moment, but ended up getting through the first season and then deciding to put it on the back-burner for a while until I'd watched other shows and read some books that were really peaking my interest instead of having a show like 'Riverdale' taking up my spare time.

But now with this royal WTF(?) moment the show has been bumped back up on the radar of things to take a look at once more.
