May the Fourth Be With You, the King and I?

"Thailand's King Maha Vajiralongkorn will today be crowned in an elaborate coronation, the first such ceremony in the country in nearly 70 years.
In keeping with Thai royal protocol, King Maha Vajiralongkorn is being officially coronated after an extended mourning period for his revered father, King Bhumibol Adulyadej, who died in October 2016 after seven decades on the throne.
While the King has had full legal authority since then, today's ceremony is significant because "the status of the King will change from the human body, from mankind, to be a kind of god", according to Thai monarchy expert Tongthong Chandransu.

One billion baht ($44 million) has been allocated to the three-day proceedings, which include elements of Buddhist and Brahmin rites and a seven-kilometre procession that will see the King carried through Bangkok's streets on Sunday.
The spectacle — which begins with purification rites at exactly 1:09pm AEST, as nine is an auspicious number in Thailand — is expected to draw hundreds of thousands of people.
The 66-year-old constitutional monarch, also known by the title King Rama X, is the 10th king of the Chakri dynasty.
"

May the Force Be With You Peter MAYhew?
I couldn't help but notice the backward 9s in this old Peter Mayhew film trailer below after reading about how 9 is considered a lucky number in Thailand.

I also noticed that the Thai King's father had his coronation 69 years ago on May 5th, 1950 and died the day after
Aleister Crowley's birthday in 2016.
Popular haircut it seems;-)
Coincidentally 69 is rumoured to be an important number as far as Crowley's magical path went.
"In his Confessions, Crowley discusses how the book was to lead to his joining Ordo Templi Orientis.
He wrote each chapter at lunch or dinner "by the aid of Dionysos," with one chapter that was especially troubling.
He eventually was able to get it written after much effort, but he remained dissatisfied and angry with it.
Not too long after it had been published, he was visited by Theodor Reuss, then head of the order.
[Reuss] said that since I was acquainted with the supreme secret of the Order, I must be allowed the IX° and obligated in regard to it.
I protested that I knew no such secret.
He said, "But you have printed it in the plainest language."
I said that I could not have done so because I did not know it.
He went to the bookshelves and, taking out a copy of The Book of Lies, pointed to a passage in the despised chapter.
It instantly flashed upon me.
The entire symbolism, not only of freemasonry but of many other traditions, blazed upon my spiritual vision.
From that moment the O.T.O. assumed its proper importance in my mind.
I understood that I held in my hands the key to the future progress of humanity.
Aleister Crowley sometimes said
that this could not have happened the way he remembered it, since The Book of Lies had not yet come out when he joined the O.T.O.
As previously mentioned, however, Wilson claims that the book lies about its publication date.
Assuming this event did take place, readers have suggested various possible chapters that might contain the secret.
Wilson points to Chapter 69, "The Way to Succeed—and the Way to Suck Eggs!" (sucking seed and sucking eggs referring to
mutual oral sex), while Crowley's book De Arte Magica names Chapter 36, "The Star Sapphire", a ritual related chapter."
"The title page [from 'The Book of Lies'] contains the following quotation from Tennyson:
"Break, break, break
At the foot of thy stones, O Sea!
And I would that I could utter
The thoughts that arise in me!
"
An explanation of the title on the facing page ends with the sentence, "There is no joke or subtle meaning in the publisher's imprint."
This seems to be[according to whom?] an ironic joke-reference to the fact that every word on the frontispiece apart from the name of the publishing-house had been subjected to tortuous qabalistic self-exegesis, yet according to Robert Anton Wilson in his 1977 book Cosmic Trigger I: The Final Secret of the Illuminati:
This might have been a veiled warning about what will follow, but is actually the first lie in the book; occult historian Francis King has carefully determined the date on the imprint is inaccurate by at least a year."

"These eyes peer out beyond imagination"?
I might have to watch the Trailer for
'Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger' again to find out just what those grey alien things are in that 1977 movie.
1977 was a big year for strange movies it now seems in hindsight to me.
Pulling Your Own Strings?
John Denver and George Burns in 'Oh, God'
God sure must have a strange sense of humour, as John Denver passed away in tragic circumstances on Crowley's birthday in 1997, which was the year Crowley had been dead for 50 years.
"Chapter 44 of the book is a ritual named the Mass of the Phoenix. The ritual has been performed by many practitioners during the years, including Robert Anton Wilson, who describes his experience with it in Cosmic Trigger."
Leonardo da Phoenix?
Seems like lots of cosmic coincidences in this post, but what do you believe?
May the Force be with you?-)
