J. Allen Hynek, Childhood Memories and the 1st of May?

Born and died on the 1st of May?!
J. Allen Hynek makes a cameo in this movie from 1977
I was listening to the latest 'The Unexplained' podcast featuring J. Allen Hynek's son Paul and wondered if anyone had brought up the coincidence of his father being born and dying on the 1st of May?
May the 1st obviously being May Day, and Mayday being a distress call used over radio for help.

As I'm thinking about this 1st of May coincidence, I hear the Bee Gees song 'First of May' come into my head and then thought back to the UFO song they released earlier in their career -
'Barker of the UFO' and Pugs?
And then I thought about the biggest hit the Bee Gees had 'Stayin'Alive' coming out within days of 'Close Encounters of the Third Kind' being released in December of 1977.
It's weird how memories can be triggered that bring the past vividly back to life in our minds.
To be honest, I like 'First of May' better than 'Stayin' Alive' as a song.
I wonder if Howard realized that the number 444 is meant to be an angel number, when he was reminiscing with Paul about their deceased fathers on podcast #444?-)
