The $64,000 Turtle Question?

I saw this story in the news yesterday of a drone count of 64,000 turtles and had to ask myself the $64,000 question, if this number of turtles was a good sign, considering the I Ching was meant to have come from reading cracked turtle shells, and that there are 64 chapters in the I Ching? -
